Service Description

Victualia is a kitchen management application that helps you track pantry items, plan meals, manage recipes, and create shopping lists. We provide paid subscription tiers with varying features.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in Victualia (recipes, meal plans, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Subscription Plan Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits. Features described as "unlimited" are subject to the following fair use limits:

• Basic Plan: Up to 100 items, 25 recipes, 1 shopping list, 1 meal plan, 5 assets, 100 tasks
• Pro Plan: Up to 1,000 items, 500 recipes, 25 shopping lists, 25 meal plans, 25 assets, 100 tasks
• Premium Plan: Up to 1,000 items, 500 recipes, 25 shopping lists, 25 meal plans, 25 assets, 100 tasks, 50 AI generations/month

These limits are designed to accommodate normal household usage. If you require higher limits, please contact us to discuss enterprise options.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Disclaimers

Victualia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nutritional information and AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victualia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
